Wine Sorted was set up in 2004 to provide straightforward, expert support for wine companies who want their wines seen at UK – wide events throughout the year.
By 2010 we had expanded the business to incorporate hire equipment and logistics. We provide a full service including experienced, wine knowledgeable staff to Trade tastings.
Wherever in the world you are, we can receive your stock, check duty documentation and prepare your wines for specific wine trade events or campaigns.

Will has a strong background in Wine, from Retail to events and went to Roseworthy to Study Wine Marketing. In 2004 he saw an opportunity for a truly silver service company providing Wine knowledgable staff and logistics for the most prestigious of tastings and he started Wine Sorted Ltd. He expanded into equipment hire within the first 5 years, forming a partnership with Ridel glassware. His purchase of warehousing and offices in Oxfordshire has fulfilled a dream and has allowed for expansion into providing for large scale wine and spirits competitions and pack and dispatch for luxury brands.
Pedro Vinicius Freitas
With a sommelier background working in Michelin star restaurants, Pedro brings his palate to Wine Sorted. He has tasted countless bottles of wine, ensuring the pristine quality of our virtual wine packs. Practical, Pedro keeps the machines working.
